About this study
This page reconstructs the 2025 MatSci-YAMZ study with six participants affiliated with ID4. The collection contains the 19 unique term records present when the study closed. Together, those records contain the 20 human definitions and 19 Gemma 3 definitions reported in the paper. Participants reviewed and commented on definitions for their own terms and terms submitted by others.
The study ran from late July to mid-September 2025, with required tasks during two weeks in late August. Seed terms discussed in the paper are included because they were part of the study environment. The closed study reports activity as it stood at the end of the study window; later activity remains available in each term's provenance.
