I definitely looked up the definition of a phase diagram (by Googling / asking ChatGPT? I dont remember) and fact checked it. My original layman definition was a graph that shows how phase (solid, liquid or gas) of a substance changes with temperature and pressure.
Examples support the definition while retaining their own contributor credit. One may be featured in summaries.
